Labor

To meet the challenge of labor issues, UCA works closely with members to identify critical labor problems, resolve grievances, suggest legal consul, and organize experienced contractor members to form craft negotiation teams.

UCA members volunteer to work on Mid-American Regional Bargaining Association's (MARBA) negotiating committees. These committees provide the Industry with the most advantageous labor contracts for its members.

UCA provides members with a free download of MARBA negotiated labor agreements. If you are a UCA member, please login to view these agreements.
