The Underground Contractors Association (UCA), established in 1957, is a not-for-profit trade association of contractors and suppliers in sewer, water, utility and underground industries throughout Illinois. UCA is active in market development, information, education, labor and especially the promotion of safety. UCA is committed to helping its members and the industry.
